Subject: Payment Policy Effective from 01 January 2026 & onwards

In order to adapt to evolving economic conditions and to further enhance supply efficiency, service quality, and business continuity, we hereby notify you that with effect from 01 January 2026, our payment terms for all products shall be “On-Delivery Payment Mode.”

To add value to this transition, trade partners making payment via UPI printed on Invoice itself (Dynamic UPI) at the time of delivery or within 10 days from the invoice date will be eligible for an instant cash-back of 3% on the invoice value. This 3% of the invoice amount when fully paid by you will be instantly credited back in your UPI (Bank Account) as CASH BACK.

Please note that above Cash Back is run by Auto System -supported by our Bankers ICICI BANK – hence its only for UPI Based Payments – any other mode of payment like Cheque, NEFT etc will not be covered under this scheme.
