Subject: Payment Policy Effective from 01 January 2026 & onwards

In view of the ongoing economic changes at both national and global levels, and to ensure a streamlined supply chain with consistent product availability and enhanced service quality, we hereby inform you that our credit terms will be 15 (fifteen) days for all products except Powered Wheelchairs, effective from 01 January 2026.

However, please do note that trade partners making payment via UPI printed on Invoice itself (Dynamic UPI) at the time of delivery or within 10 days from the invoice date will be eligible for an instant cash-back of 3% on the invoice value. This 3% of the invoice amount when fully paid by you will be instantly credited back in your UPI (Bank Account) as CASH BACK.

Please note that above Cash Back is run by Auto System -supported by our Bankers ICICI BANK – hence its only for UPI Based Payments – any other mode of payment like Cheque, NEFT etc will not be covered under this scheme.
